Does anyone know if there's a disc brake conversion or know of a way to convert my 68 dodge d100 2wd to disc brakes on the front, did any of the sweptline trucks come with discs? Thanks for looking and any help.

All right everyone here's my question I have a 68 dodge d100 2wd with a 8 3/4 rear end with 5 on 5.5 bolt pattern, I was wondering if anyone knows how I can convert my front end from the 4.5 to the 5.5? Can I use spindles off like a 70's truck with some modifications or what? Please help, thank you.
