Why should I have to be looking in the first place?
The guy originally SAID he was going to use the dustless blaster system with glass beads when I first approached him about doing the job in the first place

When I first walked in there and saw this his first comment was "I know what I'm doing, been doing this for a living for the past 12 years"

Unfortunately verbal means nothing anymore. Unless it possible to find more he has done this to. Then it not a simple he said and he said thing.
But why he didn't admit the material just wasn't there? Would be saving you gref now.
