Trying To Help A Friend Out With Dodge A100 Bed

Trying to help a friend out with his Dodge A100 that he is restoring, he is looking for a truck bed floor pattern. He says he would like a pattern then he can find a donor or new panel. Anyone have any recommendations on where to find those too by the way? The bed is a 7 foot. Any help would be appreciated.
