ok guys, need some advice. My buddy's got a 2000 dodge Dakota, 3.9 with a 5 speed. It's got 122,000 miles on it and he just replaced the clutch, throw out bearing, pressure plate and the entire slave and master cylinder units about a month ago. Now he's havin problems with a clutch pedal that feels almost spongy and when you push in the clutch it doesn't catch until almost 3/4's of the way up, and that's it. Anything more or less then that and it releases. We're thinkin it might be something with the friction plate but not sure. Anybody have any other ideas? Any and all help would be much appreciated.
