Steering column rebuild???

Anyone know where to get parts to rebuild a steering column. This poor gal really got riden hard and put up wet. The steering wheel had a real bad hitch In 2 spots. It seems that the bearing and anything else that moves has pretty much disintegrated.

Tilt or non tilt? I was doing some searching and didn't see a whole lot
