Newbie needs help with heater problem please

Hey everyone, I have a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 and the heat blows hot on only the passenger side vents and passenger side floor. No heat on drivers side or defrost just cold air. I have done a visual check of all the blend doors and mode door 1 and 2 as well as the actuator motors and they SEEM to be working. I have NOT however broken into the housing it's self to see the doors working. I have even flushed the radiator thinking it might be a clogged heater core, but now I'm stumped. Anybody know whats wrong? thanks!

Bad news 73 you have a broken door....I remember them breaking often in 05 & 06...............but i don't remember which one or how long it took the tech's to fix................but all and all not too bad....you just gotta get after it

^we have a winner! Happened with our 02 1500. Unfortunately I too am unable to recall repair time as it was dropped off and picked up later
