Need to buy engine parts for Ford

6 months back I bought a Ford 6.7L. As I had some emergencies that time I couldn't give proper service to it. Now I decided to have a complete engine service for it. I know one mechanic near to my home. He is good in repairing ford trucks. So I need to purchase some ford 6.7 diesel performance parts. I found some online websites with Ford accessories. What will be the best choice? Purchasing through online stores or physical stores? What do you think?

I've always liked buying my parts from a "real" speed shop . But times have changed and the web has pretty much taken over . The key will be knowing what to order and from who .
