Even if you could read it its not there. I can not get the Haynes wiring diagram to match the 83 fuse box. But I think it is the ignition accessory. Just maybe someone with a owners manual will chine in and solve the mystery. Think I will just go back out with the camera and pull the fuse I think it is.

Well that was interesting. Turned the wipers on and no fuse in the box would shut them down when pulled. My fuse link wire connector in the engine compartment went to pots years ago so they are wired into an add on circuit breaker panel. Sure enough when pulling the breaker for the ignition acc the wipers quit. So look at the fuse link black wire in the engine compartment. It should be one wire from the battery that feeds into a rubber block with three or four wires on the other side that feed into the bulkhead. Hope that helps
