Anyone Know of anyone that Makes BB headers For a 83 D100 with 2 1/8 or 2 1/4 primary tubes ? I'm Located in Upstate NY

If BB there is really no reason to go over 1 3/4". If BR then yes. But it all depends.

I had 2 1/4 primaries on an Indy headed 540 alky motor. made 918hp at 6g.
I suspect you must have a pulling truck the goes full throttle ever time you hit the gas.

If 440 you simply have a 440 under 11:1 compression than 1 7/8 is fine.
If under 10:1 than the only header you can buy at 1 3/4 is even better,

440's make lots of torque and the smaller header tubes make it even better.
the transmissions in the trucks really don't make driving over 5G RPM very comfortable either.

my 2 cents from a drag racer and now a first Gen hobbyist

Would like to know if you found any alternatives. I am also after anything larger than the 1 3/4 primary tubed headers I can see in a few places for sale. Im building a 500 CI stroker for my truck, motor will have trickflow 240 heads, aiming for a compression ratio of 10.5:1, looking to be all in somewhere around 5000-5500rpm.
Havent even seen any 1 7/8'' headers listed anywhere, but its still early in the search.

I agree, to big the tube and the pulses of exhaust going down each heater pipe will get lost in the size of the tube and NOT help pull in the new mixture into the cylinder to help fill the cylinder for need spark event. I have 1 7/8 tubes on my 66 Satellite ( 493 cu.in., 689HP/675lbft, doing 10.30's at 125-129mph). The bigger the tube the higher the RPM is needed to work as a header is designed. Especially because most likely must of your operating RPM will be 2500-5500, not 6,000 plus.

well i've built my own headers with 2''primaries on my 60 d100 with a rb stock stroke n i min bore job . but the intake has a huffer pushing air through it . i will fix 3'' exhaust on to it . and if it wasn't being blown i would seek out 1 3/4 or 1 7/8 primary tubes into 3'' exhaust for my hotrod driver .
