What all do I actually need to swap the automatic equiped 318 to my 4 speed? Bell housing, flywheel, clutch/pressure plate and what else?

Alright am in the process of buying all the stuff to do the 4 speed as well.
What size carb do you recommend? Stock 5.2 with headers and will be getting a Hughes cam a little later down the road.
Also If I want to run the serpentine belt but without AC did they ever offer that or will I just have to go into autozone and be like I need a belt thats "shorter"?

My 318 ran much better with a 500cfm Eddie than it did with a 600
