8 Lug Wheels 1942 Dodge Truck

My Truck is a RHD Australian Truck built in Canada I believe. It has the 8 lug Wheels. My question is did any of the American Dodge Trucks from this era have 8 lug wheels.

I looked in my copy of Dodge Heavy Duty Trucks 1928-1975 and found no 8 lug wheels in pictures or reference of them. It showed 6 lug wheels, and then they went to 10 lug wheels in 1939 when hey introduced the diesel engine.
