Just asking if there were any after market gauges that would fit into the same format of the original configuration? Or is it just better to put some gauges in there and make them work just to keep it easy?
78 dodge d150 318 automatic instrument cluster, is it possible to rebuild it some how?

Check here, as they have many configurations, to match a lot of our old rigs. The Jeep crowd use them a lot, and sure others do as well.

You can find aftermarket gauges that fit the original spots in your truck. These gauges are made to match the size and shape of the factory setup, so they fit without much modification.

Most of the gauges are still available NOS or rebuilt units can be acquired - - Gauges, Controls, Clusters
