bought from the son of the original owner. he bought it to use in his heating/a/c "business" which meant on weekends it took his car to Road America. after a few years, it was parked and sat for the longest time. the son got ahold of it, fixed a few odds and ends and was sorta driving it when I saw it and bought it. the one pontoon crack is from the son's wife trying to get into the bank drive-thru; the other was her sliding on ice and clipping the garage. when I bought it, it ran and drove smooth, just one rattle from a shock absorber that the bushing must have disappeared from. not verified. also, the oil pump decided it needed a break and ceased to function. #1 and 2 rod bearings are thin, the caps feel off but no visible crank damage. so it sits. 17k on the odo. will sell as is for $1500 or $900 w/o the long block. or trade for clean Dodge D50.
