1997 Ford ranger 4.0 cat converter flange

I want to replace my cat with a universal but can't find a source for the front rectangular 3 bolt mounting flange,, any ideas?

Cut the pipe behind the flange and start fitting your cat, leave enough to slip the cat on. Do you have a welder? Local muffler shop that can expand the cat to slip over the pipe if needed?
