1958 d100 master cylinder upgrade

i have a 1958 d100 that i have done a front disc conversion, and have 10" rear drum brakes.
looking for a master cylinder upgrade for front disc brakes that will mount in the stock location.
will i need a proportioning valve??

I have 58 D100 too with a front disc kit from scarebird. I bought a new stock master cylinder and I took the retaining valve apart (look like the top of a salt shaker on the photo) so the calliper pistons can move backward freely. No proportioning valve since 2016 and no problem with rear drums brakes
