Not a crack but where the two parts were mated. Put your finger on the parting line and tap the flange with a soft hammer. Does it move or vibrate?

Cranky 1 here.....1st time I was able to change my password but it took several tries. Today, it won't let me log in after being able to a few times with the new PW. Today, it's not letting me in with by new PW but got in by rejoining under a different name. What's going on....?
