    Im with you Kiwi. The plan is to square away all the mechanical stuff and leave the body alone. Probably add a few period correct accessories.

    Good question. Id imagine they're weren't a whole lot of companies at the time to produce such decals(just speculating), as opposed to today. Seems like virtually every small town has several folks with the capabilities to produce such decals right out of their basement.

    I agree. I think its a consumer " feel good tactic". Catchy graphics, chrome wheels and bumper(s), painted grill maybe.... Make you feel like you're getting a deal or something special. I still think its cool irregardless. Wierd Mopars always garner attention.

    Thanks kiwi! It's got 66000mi on it. Ill get more pics once I get it home. Previous owner agreed to let me store it until the weather breaks. The salt and snow on the roads are just awful right now

    Hey everyone! Just bought this '82 D 150 yesterday. Real solid truck. Going to be my daily driver. /6, 727. Looking forward to learn and exchange information. Been in the car scene for a long time. Have had a couple killer mopar muscle cars but been wanting an old survivor p/u for a long time.
