I've got 4 Keystone 15" wagon wheels (4.5x5 bolt pattern) that I had on my '78 D100. Wheels are straight, and were rust free when I stored them away. I'm located in the Hudson Valley of NY if you're interested.

The end of that wire like spring goes through a hold in the Z-bar that hold the inner nylon bushing in place. As long as the clutch arms are properly oriented you may be able to shorten the tube, but measure the distance from the end of the tube to where the holes for those springs are so that...
