SOOOO why do so many chevy people need to get replacement engines?

when put the "new" manifold on , bolt on the first time torque it only 70-80 % of full torque, after 5-6 full heat cycles take to full amount, they seam to seat better. if it starts to leek be for that go a head and take to full torque

AND the dodge is a BETTER engine. LOL i just had to say that.
