    I cured my problem. I installed a 6" pipe nipple, a 45 degree elboe and a tee and now have the bet of both worlds. I have both sending units. One for the autochoke and internals and the other to drive the gauge. Thanks for the help and suggestions

    Besides working on old cars, I am an avid wood turner.

    The only reason for not being on a Harley is due to a neck fused 4 times. If I had my drathers, I'd ride a Harley til I die. Can't stand hearing them on the road come April. Guaranteed week of deep depression.

    identifying relays under the hood

    Back again with another question on my 85 D100. There are relays on the driver side under the hood behind the battery. I cannot find any picture to identify which elay goes to which circuit. Any help would be appreciated.

    Just the opposite with me. I could not longer work on harleys due to temptation so I sold/gave away my Harley tools and replaced them with woodworking tools. Stayin busy.
