What reasonably priced methods work the best for noise and vibration dampening in older truck cabs?

I know there’s the Dynamat style application that covers the whole surface, and then the types where you cover maybe 40% of the panels.

I don’t need complete noise reduction, I just want to pick one method that does a decent job at a reasonable cost.

Dynamat or that type of product works good, lizard skin looks good, I have seen it on a few shows. I also wonder about bedliner? It's a lot like the lizard skin, but lizard skin does have some special things added. They have a sound deadener and some kind of thermal protectant
