Bear I am actually leaning more towards the dakota because I have heard the same things about past swaps and I'm a good welder and good at fabrication Thanks to my towns technical career center.

From my research so far as for setting it on a different frame I have came up with single cab short wheel base Dakota and as for a sub frame I am finding most people use the volare sub frame

I tried to do a search for this but it just kept pulling up 1974 d600. so I am looking in to a 1950 dodge b1b and I was wondering what would be the best frame to set the body on or if it would be best to just use the frame its on with a sub frame snubbed in or just use the frame its already on...
