Sounds about right.........With that in mind, 75 must be the only metal panel that will work from 75-80 since 74 are a little different on the left side.
The 75-76 trucks got the metal gauge panel. Dodge went cheap charlie when they started with the plastic panels. (I believe 77-80) IMO, the metal ones are best and they interchange with the plastic ones perfectly.
Here are a couple pics of one I have. It is complete except for the Speedo which...
This is a new never installed Denso Alternator PN: 56030914AB for most all Ram, Dakota, and Vans with 3.9, 5.2, 5.9 and 8.0 engines for many years in the late 90's and early 2000's.
The kit is complete with Belt and idler pulley that are correct for all of the V8 and V10 engines in that era...
Still looking or did you find one. I have a metal one from a 75. Missing the speedo but otherwise complete. More desirable than the plastic 77-80 panels. PM me if interested.
I have a nice set of wood grained lower side moldings removed from a 76 Long box Club Cab truck that was scrapped out many years ago. There are a scuff or two in some of the moldings but are about as nice as what is out there in used condition. It consists of both front marker light bezels, Both...
Welcome to the site. If your truck has the BD8 in the Vin, you have a very rare truck. Only 74 440 powered D150's were built in 78. No idea how many are left. Probably less than 20. I have seen about 6 of them. One conventional cab short box like yours, 2 or 3 conventional cab long box trucks...
The 9 1/4" rear in my 78 truck had the 5 on 4 1/2" pattern. It is possible that is all you need is a pair of older axles I'm not sure. The van probably has longer tubes or a different spline for all I know but something to check on.
I have a rear panel from my 78 SE Club cab. Caramel colored. Probably the only unbroken one in the country. I no longer have the side pieces behind the jump seats though. Was saving it for my truck but a $100.00 bill would cause me to part with it.
This is a driver class grille with no major dings or dents. Has some road rash and light scuffs but is a good candidate for restore. I kept it for my truck in case Bambi decided to destroy my NOS grille. No longer needed since I sold my truck. $300.00 plus shipping from Eau Claire WI. 54703. I...
