I’m parting out a 79 Ram Charger body, keeping the drive train. It’s rough other than the hatch back top piece. Ok doors, fenders and hood. No grill. If no interest it’s all going to scrap yard in 2 weeks. In eastern Va. no shipping, cheap
What I’m looking for is the tilt steering exploded view of the low-high beam rod next to ts lever. I took mine apart but can’t get it back. My 88 SM (early) book still shows the switch in floor. Thanks
I need the turn signal-wiper arm for a 1988 dodge pickup with cruise, I picked up the other pieces but the doner truck was missing the steering column. Message me here.
Walmart brand two stroke oil, what they mix with the gas. I buy by it the gallon, a quart every fillup. It’s DESIGNED to keep the carb-reeds-combustion chamber clean on chainsaws. Works great on common rail diesel injectors
Yes I’ve seen the kit for OD but I’m also wanting to do the cruise control also from the 92 Van. Looked again at the Van harness and it looks doable using everything (long enough) tilt steering column too with some fabing. All I’ll need then is the cluster from the later model truck.
Yes thinking the wrong thing meant the42RH. And I’ll be looking for the 8-1/4 3.55 gear (I have 5 cars with that rear) probably all low numbers though. TQ and the S2P2 intake is on the plate too.
I want to use the 42RE in my 87 and I’m looking for the wire harness from the newer pickups to do this changeover. An electric speedo is needed to, maybe the whole dash too, pm me here please
Lil red, and I’ll try to get a picture of that area. I was thinking the same about welding on inside only with plug welds. Many years ago an old welder said not to weld vertical on a frame just horizontal. Trying to reaffirm that
I have a 79 Dodge and it has some rust at the front hanger on rear axel. Should I get a section of frame or can I use strips of 1/4” plate. I’ve heard how not to weld but willing to hear advice. Not an everyday vehicle but I don’t want it cracking going down the road either. Thanks in advance...
