    Wiper bushings....

Take my advice. Use the genuine Mopar bushings. The aftermarket bushing suck. The will not last long. The Mopar bushings come with lube in them.

    What to buy?!

I still have my 88 but it is a D-150. It is a gas hog. Large topper, I think every option available except power seat. 360 4bbl, 727. Also have a 84 D-100 slant six with a 2bbl, A-833 OD, 3.91 8 3/4. Actually the best vehicle I ever owned was my 86 Toyota PU. You can ask any of the slant six...

    What to buy?!

Any one notice that it is hard to buy exactly what you want? I have been looking for a "lighter duty" truck. Need 8 ft bed, prefer 2 door cab. 2 wheel drive, gas engine. Between 6,000 and 10,000 (trailer weighs about 5,000lbs loaded) towing capacity. PS, PB, AC, cruise control, could care less...

    What to do

I have a 833OD in my slant six 1984 D-110. That clutch really takes a beating when starting from a stop on an upgrade, with the trailer.

    What to do

With a draw thru turbo, you have to make sure the turbo has the proper seal. also I would use a water heated adapter between the carb and the turbo inlet. As for trans I would go for an auto with at least a lock up converter. Depending on your use of the truck I would consider a slant six A-999...

    shifter boot

I needed a shifter boot for my 84 Dodge D-100 with a A833 OD trans. I could not locate one by application. By searching by pictures, and dimensions I found the correct boot. It is OER Reproduction, part number MA760. I purchased through Summit. The vehicle listing is for a 1966-1976 "A" body ...

    Fuel gauge issue

I don't remember the exact numbers, but the sending unit should read (with a ohm meter) about 60-70 ohms when empty. It should read about 10 ohms when full. How do you have it wired up? It looks to me like the Equus 7361 is correct. The factory gauge is wired up with 12v ign power to the CVR...

    Need for driver side. Thanks.

    Fuel gauge issue

You keep saying "gauge". What did you get? The sender (goes in the tank) or the gauge (goes in the dash)? The Mopar sender (in the tank) should be about 70 ohms at empty, and about 10 ohms at full. Can you show us what you got? either a picture or what make and part number of the gauge?

    Fuel gauge issue

Factory gauge sending units have the resistor windings not linear. Aftermarket sending units have the sending unit wound linear. this causes gauge reading problems. There is a device (meter match) that is supposed to fix this problem. I have never used one, so can't say how good they are...

    What to do

A lot would depend on how you were going to use the truck. Best fuel milage would probably be with the 833OD. But without getting a "special" clutch, total load or towing load would be limited. A-500 for moderate loading and highway usage. The A-500 can be "beefed up" and the converter up...
