The original owner has a thin chrome plate (about 1/16") that is preventing the caps from threading on the nuts. They are a standard 1.57" and they need to be 1.75". It is making me crazy - I cannot remove the stupid plate and I do not want to buy new wheels. I found loads of places that make...
