Can anyone help me find a power steering conversion kit for my '77 D100 with a 318? I've checked the Summit and Jegs siites but haven't found any that specifically say they fit my model. I'm looking to spend up to about $700. Any help appreciated!

I have the complete factory power assist off 69 W100 2wd for $650. Call me at 5306402431. Mike

You can get the steering box from most any parts store. Same Saginaw 808 box as Chevy. You want standard rotation. I might have the pulleys, pump and brackets. Auto parts should have the belt and hoses. You will need a column for P/S which I might have too.
I'm doing the same to my 78 D100

I have the bracket that bolts onto the timing cover. I can send it to you if you want. I recently got hoses and pump from rock auto, cheapest source I could find.

I see you are looking to switch over p/s to your truck, I believe the column is the same length. The manual box has an extension to take up the space of the power unit, That is how my 72 was set up. Mine was a D200 3/4 ton. Got every thing off of a salvage truck, it was a1/2 ton ram charger, everything fit perfect. I kept the same manual column, and got a new rag joint. Salvage yard told the same thing, to change the column But! before I get yelled at, my truck was a 4 spd on the floor, the ram charger was an auto. Double check the measurements on the column first with another truck. Hope it helps.

Here is the small block P/S pump setup.

Thanks for the info, It's really nice! Rattle cans look ok, but don't hold up. I'll have to get some and shoot it. Thanks

Ya I stopped using the rattle can stuff a few years ago. This stuff withstands fuel, heat and such so much better and will last much longer.
Here is the 5.9 Magnum in my Dart and a few more I've done.
