The 727 is what I have in the dart and I jus fragged it and need a new core might as well make it a bullet prof build.

Good thinking . That's what I did with the Warlock . I've even got a fresh back up 727 , Just because you never know . The one that's in the truck now has "no" slippage between gear's . It shifts "Nice" ! It's funny to see a pick-up chirp gears with an automatic . lol

I was tuning the carb and hit it hard off the line lock, glad I was home. Put a hole on the back of the tranny.

Yeah, it was almost worth it the front wheels came off the ground, no to bad for a more door!

Obviously I am still working the bugs out. Picking up a tranny this weekend.
Cool , At least you found one . I know what there like sometimes to try and find and if it's a big block even harder . I don't plan on blowing mine up , but like I said "you never know" . That's why I have my spare all done and I even have a third big block 727 , but that will need a rebuilding before it went in anything . I'll probably end up selling that one anyways .

I never did one buy I think they are pretty east. I hope my converter and valve body are still good I want to reuse them.
