Anyone know what it is and where it goes on my 1985 Ram? It has an arow on the top indicating flow direction.

It rubber fuel/vacuum line. Not sure if it was inline of the fuel line.

It look's like one of those cheap aftermarket fuel pumps .

I don't think its a pump. I'll hook the wires up to a battery and see if it does anything.
