Good Morning,

I wanted to start a business of providing light moving help. I looked for ford F150 8feet bed, but older ones come with the rust.

So after spending few days.. I saw two clean trucks
1-chevy Colorado 2005: 4000 lbs towing capacity --6 feet bed I think.
2-ford sport trec 2003: 2,700 lbs towing capacity --4 feet bed(though boating website says it can pull 5000lbs)

I am thinking of buying 10x12 feet enclosed trailer to begin with.

Is it some thing which will work ? can those truck pull such a trailer with house hold stuff + electronics etc.

Thank you for your help.

All I can add is what ever you get it will not be big enough. A 5000 lb. trailer behind either should not be a problem as long as trailer towing options are covered.

Get the Colorado, I have one and love it. It has over 200,000 on the 5cyl 3.5 and still runs good. Mine is 4wd. It was the shop truck until my boss replaced it with a 12 Colorado ext cab.
