One that got away

I was told about this truck and went looking for it twice. Couldn't find it. Was told wrong area to look. My next day off was going to try again. The day before I was off,the truck shows up at my house to get worked on! Turns out one of my son's friends bought it. Pretty nice truck. 77 with 79 grille, 318 4spd, later t-case w/ 2wd and 3/4 ton axles. Zach put new carb on it and tuned it up a bit. He's happy with it.

I haven't heard from him in awhile. Told my boy if he talked to Zach to have him call me and let me know how he's making out with it. Last I talked to him he was going to sand hood down and paint it flat black for now, due to carb fire previous owner had. Beyond that, not sure what else he planned for it.
