I have a 1990 D-150 318 4speed club cam. Can anyone tell me what the factory charge of R-12 freon was? I can then figure how much R-134 to put in it. It has already been converted I just want to pull the charge out of it and put the correct amount back in it.

When your charging your A/C , you normally go by the pressure gauge that comes with your kit . I always buy two cans to be safe .

Your system when empty holds 2.75 lbs of R12. The general rule of thumb is to use about 90% of that amount when refilling with R134A. If you retrofit the system, all you really need is the fittings. You do, however, need to evacuate and recharge the system and fill it with PAG oil. The R12 oil and R134A oils do not play well together. That is not something you can do at home unless you have an AC machine or a vacuum pump.
