My 65 Fargo has a Dana 80 rear. Every other Dana I've seen has had 8 nuts/bolts holding the floating axle in. This one has 6.. Anyone have any idea what this is from?

Also, I'm not sure how well you can tell by looking at the picture, but to remove the rear drum, you have to remove the axle. On other Dana's I've seen, you can remove the drum without even unbolting the axle, but this drum had to have the axle removed first.

I saw the same diff under a mid 70's Dodge truck in a junk yard today.

I have seen the same axle under a 1990 cummins diesel, to pull the drum the axle has to be pulled but I thought it was a Dana 70, it may have been a Dana 80
