Cab climb/pull in/up bars/handles???

I don't know what they are called I just remember, that I used to see (when I was wee laddy) a lot of lifted trucks with some sort of handle on the outside of the cab. It was so you could pull yourself up and into the truck. I was wondering If anyone knew where I can get some. They would mount on the outside of the B pillar. My wife Is like 5 foot nothing and can't get into the truck. I'm putting some of those aluminum bully steps on but, she still needs a little help. Hell, I could use it too. Getting old sucks.

Tried JC whitney and nothing which, surprise the hell out of me. they usually have all that kind of stuff.

Big truck supply shops or the big truck stops might have them.

Actually, I looked at a few Big Rig accessories and, found some. I did a paste and search. Then found the exact one's I was talking about on Amazon. I remember the bar part use to be made out of some kind of plastic. Not anymore stainless steel polished love it and not to pricey about 21.00 to the door. Thanks to all

Maybe just get a stainless steel bar and just DIY it.
