WANTED 90-93 Front bumper top pad and rubber bumpers

Does anyone have the top pad and black bumpers like the one in the picture? I need the pads, willing to buy whole bumper if need be. Thanks for checking, it is for my teenage son who is coming back from Marine boot camp. Trying to get it completed for him while he is away at Marine Combat Training. Thanks He is the youngest one in this pic from 2015
