The big tin plate on the tailgate says "DODGE RAM" on the right side. The plastic clips that hold the tin plate on has 2 springy legs. Can anyone tell me if the springy legs are up or down. I lost my tin plate and got one off a partser. My truck has the legs down, the partser clips legs are up. Which is correct? Thanks for any input here
