FOR SALE 1978 Dodge d200 440 truck

1978 Dodge d200, adventurer package. 440, cruise control, power brakes, power steering and factory ac. Truck is rough, possibly restorable or a great parts truck. Only parts I know are missing is the alternator, front bumper and tailgate. No title, I bought a huge estate and the widow hasn't found paperwork to any of the vehicles. I've never tried to start the truck or turn it over, so I don't know anything about the condition of the running gear. $1500, located in shepherdsville Kentucky 40165

grill in truck says 79 though VIN says 78.... its a very late 78 model at that.

Your right it's definitely a late build, I knew the 79 style grill would draw concern, so I put the Vin sticker on there just to show it's a 78.

Some one probably just changed the grill. Still has the 77/78 core support nose piece.

Probably one of the last 440 trucks built since 78 was the end and 79's were starting to be built by then. Never saw a dual snorkel air cleaner on one either. Maybe someone added it. Appears to have to volt/vacuum gauges too. No production numbers on the D200 BD8 trucks but there were only 74 D150 trucks with the BD8 (440)
