It is starting

The temps have been hot and no end in the near future. 93 today and 90's forecasted for next week. We need some rain, areas of my lawn are smoked.
Less mowing.

I mowed again today. Tires did not get near as muddy as last time. At least nothing needed to be pulled out of the mud today.

I may have lost five pounds of water weight yesterday, gotta love it when you are dripping sweat and you don't even notice! But my house is around 70 with the air on, need to sleep with some sort of blanket. Hopefully a little cooler today, gotta finish hanging lights in the garage.

It's going to be 90+ today, but I need to get my friends Tahoe wrapped up in the next few days. I am going to do the lower ball joints today.

Accu weather claims its 78 at 9:45 pm with 81% humidity, wind at 2 mph. The high for today was 90+. No rain in sight till Thursday. With a three day week end I was hoping to get some work done to the truck. Did not even find time to look at it till 5 this evening.

Well, the Cicada did fine driving to Illinois in the heat. Upper 80's, and the temp gauge just got over the first mark.

Gonna be hot all the way out to PA, but I should be good to go, I love that aluminum radiator!

Morning been a while pretty busy lately. Carlisle starts kind of today, not vending this year do not think it is a good idea, but have some pickups there to drop off with a friend. Really look forward to it all year also, kind of sucks.

Yesterday a friend of Bob's dropped off a carb and transmission to be rebuilt, Bob got them both done, maybe today he can start back on his 55 panel

We got some rain, quick thunder storm yesterday evening then again after dark. Some light rain now, maybe my grass will turn green again.

Made it to PA and back, beautiful weather the whole time. Only a bit of rain twice over eight days. Got driver's arm, and a red neck! What a wonderful trip, and just what I needed. Now to get my truck fixed and get on with my new life.

I wouldn't pick on him, at least he got there this year and now he's got the rest of the summer to get it cleaned up. (If he even bothers, which I wouldn't wager any large amount on.) :moparsmiley:
I did wipe the dust in the interior. I forgot how clean this car was inside, the time living on a gravel road made me forget. The car was something else back in it's days.
