Sign here at the bank says 36. Thats about 4* warmer than the weather persons claim. But also foggy snd damp. The sun doesn't shine much anymore.

Got into the 30's, just enough to melt some of the stuff we have, so we can make ice. Thy did manage to push back some of the snowbanks on the roads around town. Practically need a truck just to see at intersections.

Got both trucks stuck this morning. First the Ford on a patch of ice. Backed up for another run and got it stuck in the mud. Got the Dodge start and it climbed out of the three inches of ice it was sitting in. Put the chains on it that was bought for it five years ago for a first time mounting. They were supposed to fit 16.5 tires plenty long but will fit if put on right. Anyway backed it up into a water hole and hooked to the Ford. The chains fall off and all most got the Dodge stuck on the ice in the bottom of the water hole. Any way after getting the chains back on finally got both trucks out. The chains will stay on the Dodge till it is needed for a road trip again. Made for a fun muddy and wet morning.

It snowed about 1" over night, I woke up to a nice white ground cover. It melted off by 1:00
That's about what we had last night. Yesterday was partly sunny and dry, just after midnight the clouds moved in and around 5 it started snowing. All gone by noon and sunny again

Got down to the teens, right now it's 27, and I just got done putting down a bunch of grit over the ice on our driveway. Free thanks to the city.
