It is starting

It's 63! Screwing around in the garage before I take the Sophie for a walk. A bit breezy, but that's ok.

91 here still! The Gulf of Mexico waters are real warm and the southerly breeze picks up that heat and the sun warms up the air even more! Normal for here this time of year is mid 80's but that will change in a day or so then we'll be almost 10 degrees below normal. Nothing normal about the weather here!

Morning everyone, it's a little on the chilly side here, we have had a fire going in the shop wood stove for 2 weeks now.

Dug out the sweat shirt this morning. Sorry Cindy no fires here yet and hopefully not until November.
Will need to get the propane tank filled some time about then.

It's decent here, 60 I guess, but it's gonna rain again later this week. I need to pull that engines and trans tomorrow or Wednesday, before I have to wait again. Clean up a little bit of crap.

Well, it rained, so no engine pulling today. It's money sitting their that I could use. A couple days won't kill me. Although I can't mow, I guess I could get all the outdoor stuff ready to go in the garage, take out the window air conditioners, dump the hot tub, what else?

Rained here also. No out door work to be done here. Finished a job this morning. The doctor restricted me more yesterday on what I can do. Have some small trees to cut down some how and general yard cleaning to do before it snows. Hopefully some customers project done that I have been trying to do since end of July. Trying to get better is getting to be a job in its self.

We also have had nice weather, a little chilly but dry, Bob has got lots of fire wood collected, this is about a quarter of it, more on the other side of the house.

Bobs collection of fire wood reminded me of the house plant days when I just took the trailer to work and filled it with saw scarps.

Am I glad I dumped the hot tub yesterday in a light rain, it was 34 when I got up before noon. Wind picked up and some hard white pellets fell for a few minutes. Teaser snow tomorrow and 50's Monday. :screwy:

Morning everyone, today is the Garrison family reunion in Mount Victory Ky, Bob and I couldn't make it, this is a pic from our last trip back there.

Temp drop to 32 for a few hours this morning and we had a heavy frost last night. Hopefully no more mosquitoes this year. Need to get things closed up and cleaned up for winter. With everything that happened this summer very little got done on the house and am way behind schedule.

It 40's and windy, but the 60's will be here for the weekend. Mowed the lawn and raked up the rows I left behind.
