The torrent of rain we had lately started backing off yesterday, had very little today other than a couple drizzles. River level's down almost a foot from what it was yesterday. Good 'ol PNW soil, right up to a total torrent it'll soak everything up, give it a day or two and it'll get the floodwaters in check.

The good thing is in mid-spring, even though you can drown just lookin up, it's usually halfway warm. Half the time I'm down to t-shirts. Sure beats 6 weeks ago, when we had almost a full foot o snow and I was fighting a stubborn generator in 20 degrees

At work on break, got to see freezing rain during a thunder storm. Lightning was pretty cool looking through the clouds.

Bob dug the 67 Barracuda out yesterday, took a couple of hours moving all the rear diffs and motor and trans out of the way, and of coarse other rigs in the way, more room now, he has sold 6 rigs in the past 12 months and 8 in the past 2 years, insurance bill is getting better

We were supposed to have rain and snow chance early this morning. Woke up to mid 40s and sun shine. I can now walk down the gravel drive with no water puddles.

It's 41 right now, and will be 50 in two hours. I'm going to go to my storage unit and bring home a car. It's going to rain over the next couple of days, so salt should be gone in no time.

Its not still frozen down? Has been in the mid 70s. Noticed some field work has finally gotten started. Its got to be driving the farmers crazy. Some have most of their corn in by now.

It's been raining here the past 2 day's, all the salt should be washed away. The classics will be coming out

I still have a tractor to put back together and lawn to mow. Will be a long time till cars come out. The wife also wants her Honda up and running. Nope no muscle cars out again this year. Still working the bugs out of that Ford purchase at Christmas time and the list goes on and on.
