Garrett Powermax vs Reman Turbocharger

I have a 07 Ford Powerstroke. I want to add a turbocharger to my ride. I have a Garret turbocharger for my ride on a local ford truck spare parts dealer's website https://www.bcdiesel.ca/en/garrett-power-max-turbo. I have heard good reviews about the turbocharger. Some people say that it has a slight turbo lag. Is it true? The same dealer is providing Reman turbocharger https://www.bcdiesel.ca/en/turbocharger-reman-oem-improved-factory-turbo. Which one will be better? Any suggestions? I am pretty confused now :|
