I saw an ad on Craigslist: parting out dodge intrepid
Text messages goes like this:
Me: Intrepid, does it have the 3.5 engine
Seller: possibly
Me: the 8th digit in the vin is the engine size
Emblem on top of engine, too
Also interested in the wheels
Seller: vin is on the dash , drivers side
Address is in the CL ad
I guess my interrogation skills are not up to par?
After exchanging 3 texts I still don't know anymore than when i first read the ad.
I was thinking the seller was trying to sell something?
"Oh great bestower of car parts, please don't bother to rise from your recliner.
Allow me to drive an hour and a half to humbly peruse your treasure of kinetic art"
Sorry , sarcasm flows easily sometimes.
Anyway, that's my story for today.
