Bob started wet sanding the 58 yesterday for a fresh coat of paint, softer and lighter color of yellow, not as bright yellow as it is!

I posted the pics twice yesterday and they never posted, yes it turned out good for single stage paint and he used his 40 year old Binks 69 suction gun, he doesn't like the new spray guns, you had a Navy stent?

Gotta love a guy that does good work the old way. Yep, spent my time floating around with Uncle Sam's Canoe Club.

That's not as bright?!? Looks good!
Bob added 1 qt of white paint to the gallon of yellow paint and in the sun light it looks very nice, but in the shop it looks bright yellow, he put everything back on the panel yesterday and we will cruise around all weekend, Have a wonderful weekend everyone.

Lucky! I plan on getting the Polara out of hibernation, have a car show in a week!
You better get busy...... took mine in to get the A/C charged Thursday, then had to guilt the guy into doing it but it works good again so Momma will be happy.

I had some fun also courtesy of the U.S.N.
Been extremely busy doing the distributors actually scored a hoard of mopars around 100. Working on the house and the usual spring stuff. The truck looks great Cindy!

My a/c works fine, just roll the window down a little more if you're too hot, use the wing vent for fine tuning! Look forward to seeing you there!

Yep Bob does things the old way, all his friends and our son ask why he didn't use a new paint gun and if he is going to cut and buff the new paint and he said no, its a driver not a show truck! Our son did 4 years in the Navy, Chicago for boot camp, then Whidbey Island Wa for 4 years with 3 deployments in that time, have a great weekend

I think all young people should do a military stent and learn parents aren't so bad
