    I want to lower my 86 D100.

    How hard is the axle flip? Do you have to weld anything? Right now I don't have access to a welder. Also on the front I was told you can buy shortened coil springs and that will lower it in the front. Would that work? I am calling a place on Tues. to confirm if I can buy these type of coil springs.

    The rear is a 8.25 with 2.94 gears. I will be swapping rears. Either going with a 8.75 or 9.25 rear. Plan on running 3.73 or 3.90 gears. Would settle on 3.55's if that's all I can find.     Overall the interior is in nice shape. I plan to mostly leave the interior alone maybe a few mods but nothing major at this point.
