This will be a drag truck. The crown vic has an aluminum k-member which is way lighter. Rack steering which is another weight saver and doesnt rob HP. Helps with getting truck lower. The whole front end comes out of the car with 8 bolts so at a local junk yard this is way cheaper than buying...

I have a 91 d150 and have done a disc break conversion for the back. Anyone know of some good aftermarket brakes for the front?

How about getting rid of the factory air cleaner? It goes over to that box behind the head light and there are wires coming out of the box. Is it ok to trash all that?

So better breather, throttle body spacer, a little better flowing exhaust, and some under drive pulleys. My computer should be fine with all that? Oh and an MSD box should help too right? Are the headers necessary? I can get by with cutting the cat out where I live.

Yes i need power ones. Dang i cant believe LMC goes back to 60's model ford and chevys and no one makes a dodge panel earlier than 94! Guess thats what makes us dodge guys a little better than the rest. I also have a 66 valiant and those parts are even harder to find.
