Donnie Johansen (sp?) at Conteras (sp?) Cam in Los Angeles area has cut roller cams for DeSoto Hemi engines so, theoretically, he could cut one for the Poly engines.

Yeah, I was thinking that the tube went into the block...your leak is certainly not that.
The pic seems to indicate that the tube mount is spot welded to the pan so as others have said the pan will have to come off to be properly sealed. I'd look for another pan so the turn time will be minutes...
With hundreds of possible forums to join and participate in I am happy to see what does get on here. I am told that most folks use all of 'those' social media sites to do what the forums were designed to do...personally, not interested in them.
...how bad is your ocd? If you can easily remove the tube from the block then thoroughly clean the parts and stick it back together with something like Permatex #1.

Cam specs would determine the need for more compression. The best cam I have used in a 360 is the old 340-manual trans grind. A close second is one of our in-house regrinds. Roughly: adv dur 270; dur at 050 around...
