Well, I finally parted with the old girl, have had it since 10/79 although it's been in pieces and scattered all over the place since about 2/84 or thereabouts. Hope the next guy can get it all back together again - he's been after me to sell it to him for over 10 years so I finally did. There is just no way on God's Green Earth I can ever finish all the projects I had lined up so I sent one down the road.

You have to pass it along sometimes for sure. I have a 52 Triumph T15 that I have been hauling around for 22 years, finnaly just put it up in the loft of the garage as a show piece. Had tons of offers on it but just don't want to let it go yet.

The inheritance thing is, oddly enough, part of the reason. If I kicked off tomorrow still having the car, no one would have been able to assemble all the pieces/parts as they're so widely scattered. I've spent 2 full days digging up parts and the new owner has to return for another load, although that should pretty well clean it up. I do have a couple kids that will be disappointed to find it's gone.

My kids would not know what to do with my stuff. I have actually been spending the time tagging stuff lately. Been stripping a Belve also to add to the confusion! LOL

Sorry to hear that you had to let her go "Polara-500" . Believe me , I know it's not always easy . The hard ones for us were my 69 Charger and my wife's 70 Dart and her 66 Charger .

I still here about the wife having to part with her 68 Charger. But we have a 3 car limit and it put us over.

Oh man, don't know how I could work with that - I've always run more with a 3 car minimum.

I have 5 vehicles, 3 oldies and 2 newer ones. I think 4 would be the lowest I could go.
