Anybody ever install a hydoboost or even tried to in a 88 doge ram or in the same family. I'm thinking of doing it on mine to give me more V/C clearance and the vacuum boster is starting to feel spongy.
 
I looked into them for my dart, but ended up with a vac pump. They are pretty easy to install, basically bolt on and tap into the P/S.
 
So I don't need one of those 500-600 dollar kits. I can just pick up a hydrobooster at the local parts store and basically bolt it up.
 
Any time I was leaning towards that with the dart because of low vac on idle in my Dart, ended up doing a vac pump and of course right after I ordered it that 450 deal showed up!
 
Thats the way my whole life has been, anyway thanks again hops. I read that it seems pretty easy, we'll see
