mag 360 46re swap into my 82. HELP

Hey guys/gals. I'm in the process of removing the 5.9 from.my 2000 durango donor. The amount of wires in the factory harness are overwhelming to look at. What's the best way to achieve this swap? I'm using all mechanical gauges so that's not gonna be an issue. I need to figure out how to make this a stand alone system with what I have to work with.
 
Need more info on what you consider stand alone.
1. Just transmission
2. Engine controller
3. what ever misc.
 
To make it easy to explanation. I want to.run this fi 5.9 and 46re off the stock computer in my truck. Is it possible with what I have?
 
I can not think of any reason why it would not work. Sorting out what is needed from what is not will be the hard part.
 
You need a 46 RH trans & a harness from a 92-93 along with the dash,fuel tank & lines
Here's my 85 with a 98 model 5.9 Mag carbed
I've done 14 of these swaps so far

I did my 77 CrewCab with a 46RH
Everyone I've done get better MPG than the vehicle the engine came from
